Dweck, and her colleagues researched a simple belief that gives us guidance and is part of every aspect of our life. 2) How did the book, in your opinion, connect with and enhance what you are learning in ENT 3003? In my opinion, the book enhanced my view of different mindsets. In the book, they discuss two different mindsets: a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. A fixed mindset is formed around the belief that you are not subject to change. Your intelligence, personality, and other traits are set and they will never change. On the other hand, a growth mindset is one of learning and adaptiveness. A growth mindset is welcome to feedback and grows from it.
