Forming An Opportunity Belief

I believe that there is an opportunity that exists in a bug in my daily life. The bug mentioned refers to the incessant dog feces that covers the dog park located on the bottom floor of the Standard and the inside of the Standard. I believe there is an opportunity in the filth that is known the dog park and the Standard as a whole. As a resident of the Standard, I expect the dog feces in the dog park to be cleaned because it is currently filthy. Aside from the dog park, the trash littered inside the hallways at the Standard needs to be cleaned. The residents need the dog park clean so they can go inside with their dogs without stepping on another dog’s feces. The needs of many residents at the Standard are not met because they too wish to live in a sanitary building and that is not currently the situation at hand. This issue came forth this year right after the Standard's residents moved in. Standard residents are complaining to management on a daily basis about the dog parks c...

Be aware, I have an 8:30 and somehow the elevator is still busy at that time. The speed limit on any highways/state road in Florida. They’re too low T...

My Entrepreneurship Story

Image
I have been exposed to entrepreneurship since the day I was born. First off, my parents were immigrants that migrated from Israel to America with less than 5k to their name. They now sit on a multimillion-dollar   business that was built and raised by my dad. I have personally never seen a man work as hard or as effectively than my father did for the first 18 years of my life. My father started his business the year I was born and progressively started expanding his business from the flea market to a small warehouse to a larger warehouse to an even larger warehouse and so on. His story could honesty be made into a movie. He has been through everything a small business owner could possibly go through. His story is full of many gains and many losses that he has experienced since he started his business. I enrolled in ENT3003 because it is a class required for my innovation and entrepreneurship minor. Aside from the minor requirement, I am interested in this class becaus...
