#2 Reflection
In my last pitch, the comments I received were mostly positive except one comment that stated that
I needed to add the functionality of my product to my consumers. There was no silly feedback. I think
all of it was constructive criticism and feedback. I thought telling me to add the functionality of
my product to the pitch was insightful because I had not thought about incorporating it in the
first pitch.



#3 Change (from feedback)

In the last pitch, my peers told me to incorporate the functionality of the app to my
customers to complete the pitch, so I added the basic functionality of my product.

    Hi Eli, I really liked your elevator pitch. It seemed that you were able to use much of the same content as before and you did a good job incorporating comments, thought as well as, a new view point for the presentation. It looked as if you were presenting to a potential customers and were selling the product, which helped fit with the assignment.

    Hey Eli! You did a really great job with this elevator pitch! You did a great job with ensuring that you went over all the details of your idea and really presenting it in an appealing light. I think that customers would really enjoy this idea and you did really well with selling this idea. You did so well on this assignment!

    Hey Eli! I think you have a great elevator pitch that is engaging and informative. I love how you were able to look at your feedback in a constructive light and use it to make your pitch that much better. You did a great job of being descriptive and letting consumers build a clear, accurate image of your product and how it will benefit them. Overall, I think you did a fantastic job.

Opportunity  The Who : UF Students The What : Accessibility to a quiet study room in a library The Why : Never available when needed—especially when exam season starts Interviews #1: Ryan B Ryan said every time he goes to the library when he needs to study for an exam. He either has to wait a few hours for an available room or he just leaves the library because he cannot get anything done. He said he just comes back later to study when the library clears up, but he loses hours of study time because of the lack of study rooms available. #2: Cameron B Cameron said her roommates are really obnoxious and loud every time she tries to study in her room, so she relies on the library to study, but during exam time, she only finds it difficult to find a study room in any of the libraries. #3: Michael L Michael said he agrees that this is an issue, so he only uses the library when it starts to clear out. 8A - Solving the Problem

Opportunity:  The dog park at the Standard is filthy about 95% of the time. The dog owners at the Standard do not pick up their dog's shit in the dog park and it builds up over time and smells like a landfill. There are pooper scoopers and complimentary poop bags available near the trash can for every Standard resident, yet there is still dog poop scattered all over the grass in the park. As a resident of the Standard, I expect the dog park to remain clean, so my dog can use it and then after he's done, his shit will get picked up and thrown into the trashcan by me, owner of said dog. Solution: A dog park lifeguard/poop-guard The Standard will hire a few people to watch over the dog park 24/7 in shifts. These individuals watching/protecting the dog park will ensure every resident picks up their dog's shit or the owner will be fined by the Standard.
